Planning permission is not required for a veranda in the majority of cases. However, there are some circumstances where you might need to obtain planning permission to proceed with your project.
If planning permission is required, we will let you know and help you submit the relevant application to your local authority. Please note that there will be a fee for this that you must cover in addition to the cost of your veranda.
Our verandas require very little maintenance to keep them in perfect condition. However, if your veranda does need cleaning, simply wipe down the roof with a damp cloth or use a power washer to remove any dirt.
